The five minute ritual
1. Prep
Clean skin, a few drops of oil or serum. The stone needs slip — dragging on dry skin is the most common mistake.
2. Roll
Start at the centre of the face and work outward, then finish down the neck. Light pressure — the stone should glide, not drag.
3. Finish
Use the gua sha along the jaw and cheekbone. Slow, deliberate strokes. Three to five per side.
